Brian Castleforte has set up a new group over at Nice Paper Toys (a meeting place for paper toy designers and paper toy enthusiasts – and who’s membership just broke 1000) where a number of designers have posted their blank templates (including the Cubeecraft template).  You can download and customize these templates for free.  Check out the Template Depot on NPT.

Another piece of NPT I would like to highlight is Tephlon’s Tools discussion.  Tephlon and others give their recommendations (and links!) to various FREE graphic applications.  Definitely worth a look if you are stuck with MS Paint (though you can do some pretty cool stuff with just MS Paint honestly).

Yet another nice thing about Nice Paper Toys is that the artists themelves come by and blog about their work, so you get some pretty up to the minute news about what’s available in the world of papercraft.  Other good blogs for papercraft (and related) stuff include papekraft.net, toysrevil (tre also has a number of exclusives available on their site), and paperforest.
