Check out Nice Bunny Paper Toys for a host of great papercraft models to build.  You can choose from the Nice Bunny Series itself, the Hedcase series (seen above) or from a number of Hedcase customs.

Nice Bunny is also the founder of Nice Paper Toys papercraft community (of which I am a member.)
