It’s Wednesday!  Let’s read some comics!

Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #4- Marvel Comics – Bendis , Lafuente, Ponsor – $3.99

The drama-llama visits Peter parker and his friends right before The Hulk attacks the Queensborough Bridge.  I have been reading ultimate Spider-man since issue #1 and it’s the only book I have ever consistenly kept up with ever.  I wasn’t thrilled with the Ultimate Clone story around issue #100 or the whole Ultimatum thing that led to this relaunch but the book seems to be back on course.

Cowboy Ninja Viking – Image – Lieberman, Rossmo – $3.50 – Black and white (and blue!)

C.N.V is an assassin with multiple personality disorder.  This issue sets up the book and his first mission – to hunt down fellow “triplet” Yashitiko Ammo (Pirate, Gladiator, Oceanographer).  Not sure how I felt about this first issue – felt a bit lost in the doalogue at times but I’ll give #2 a look.
